The Customer First Technical Support Hotline is available to customers currently under a standard one year warranty, a support plan agreement, or those that prefer a per call billable arrangement. Through this service, Caliper Life Sciences factory trained Technical Support Specialists can provide you with the technical assistance that you need, when you need it.
 
The Technical Support Hotline should be contacted for assistance with the following:
- Instrument troubleshooting
- Software troubleshooting
- Replacement part information
- Repair instructions
 
Please provide the serial number of your instrument when contacting Technical Support.

Caliper Life Sciences offers our Depot Repair as an affordable alternative to small instrument service calls for repair and calibration. Products serviced include Twister I, Twister II, RapidTrace, TurboVap, Zymate modules and RapidPlates.
