Billable Instrument Repair Services
In addition to contracted service offerings, Caliper Life Sciences Service and Support will be glad to provide you with the same certified field Service Engineers and certified replacement parts on a on-call basis. All of our services are available on a Time & Material basis as needed. Simply contact the Technical Support hotline and your call will be routed to the appropriate Technical Support product expert for troubleshooting. Customers without Service Contracts will provided a brief troubleshooting and analysis session with a technical expert to assist in isolation or resolution of your issue. If additional Technical Support assistance or on-site repair is required you will be provided a repair estimate and a tentative on-site schedule (if necessary) to complete the repair. 


Lab Relocation Support
Caliper Life Sciences can help you with your next lab relocation. Simply contact us prior to your move date. A Caliper Life Sciences Service Representative will arrive to de-install and package the unit for you. Once you have settled into your new location, your Service Representative will return to install your instrument. Upon request, we can also validate the instrument in its new location.
