Receptor Membrane Products for Screening
Caliper offers GPCR, ion channel, nuclear receptor, and other receptor membrane reagents for screening. All receptor membranes are derived from either human recombinant or human cell lines expressing the receptor.
Our ready-to-use preparations come with its pharmacological evaluation including KD/Bmax values and graphical representations of reference curve(s) with Ki values for each lot number. Assay specification sheets outlining basic assay parameters and conditions are also included with each shipment. In addition, these same membrane preparations are used at Caliper’s Discovery Alliances & Services division, in vitro assay services, to ensure continued QA/QC validation and the highest quality materials.
