From Logan International Airport/Boston

(I-90 West- Mass Pike) From the airport, follow the signs to I 90 (or the Mass Pike). Soon after leaving the airport, you will pass through a tunnel. Continue to follow the signs to I-90 West (Mass Turnpike). Stay on I-90 (28.6 miles) to Route 495 South (Exit 11A). Follow Route 495 South 3.4 miles to Exit 21A, Main Street, Hopkinton. When you come off of Exit 21A, continue for about 1/4 mile (pass the Mobile gas station on the left). At the first traffic light take a left onto Lumber Street extension. Turn right into the Caliper Life Sciences Building 1 visitor's parking lot.

From San Jose (Northbound Highway 101):

Take the Ellis Street Exit and turn left going back under the freeway. Turn left on Fairchild Drive (first street after freeway on-ramp). Go approximately .25 miles to the Caliper building on the right.

From San Francisco (Southbound Highway 101):

Take Ellis Street exit and turn right onto Ellis Street. Take the very first left (100 ft) on Fairchild Drive. Go approximately .25 miles to the Caliper building on the right.

From Highway 237:

Take the Middlefield Road/Maude Avenue exit. Go North on Maude. Turn right at the first stop sign, which is Clyde Avenue. Follow Clyde for approximately .5 miles until it makes a sharp left turn ( Fairchild Drive). The building is on the corner of Clyde and Fairchild Drive on your left.

From Highway 85 (Northbound):

Take the Moffett Boulevard exit and turn right onto Moffett Boulevard. Follow Moffett Boulevard and take Highway 101 South. Turn at the Ellis Street exit and turn right onto Ellis Street. Take the very first left (100 ft) on Fairchild Drive. Go approximately .25 miles to the Caliper building on the right.

From San Francisco/San Francisco Airport:
Take Hwy 101 North toward the Bay Bridge. After exiting the Bay Bridge, follow the signs to Hwy 880 (South)-Oakland/San Jose. Take the Broadway exit. Take a right at 5th Street (first light). Follow the signs to Alameda (approximately 6 to 7 blocks). At Broadway, there is a prominent sign for Alameda. Follow the arrow on this sign. Take the Webster Tunnel (under the freeway) and stay in the left lane. Follow the signs to Constitution Way/Marina Village Parkway. Turn left onto Marina Village Parkway (first light). Turn right onto Challenger Drive (first light). Turn right into the first driveway (parking lot for Caliper/Xenogen Corporation).

From Oakland:
Take the Webster Tunnel (under the freeway) and stay in the left lane. Follow the signs to Constitution Way/Marina Village Parkway. Turn left onto Marina Village Parkway (first light). Turn right onto Challenger Drive (first light). Turn right into the first driveway (parking lot for Caliper/Xenogen Corporation).

From Palo Alto (880 Northbound):
Take the Dumbarton Bridge (Hwy 84) or the San Mateo Bridge (Hwy 92) to Hwy 880 North. Continue on Hwy 880 North for 22 miles (Dumbarton) or 17 miles (San Mateo) and exit at Broadway. Turn left at the first signal and stay in the left lane. Make a hard left turn at the next signal (you will be under the freeway and see a prominent sign for Alameda). Take the Webster Tunnel and stay in the left lane. Follow the signs to Constitution Way/Marina Village Parkway. Turn left onto Marina Village Parkway (first light). Turn right onto Challenger Drive (first light). Turn right into the first driveway (parking lot for Caliper/Xenogen Corporation).

From Richmond Hilltop/Berkeley:
Take Hwy 80 West. Stay in one of the two left lanes and follow the signs to Downtown Oakland (Hwy 580 East). DO NOT take the Hwy 880 exit toward Alameda. Take the Downtown Oakland exit (Hwy 980), which immediately follows the Walnut Creek (Hwy 24) exit. Take the 12th Street/11th Street Exit. This will turn into Brush Street. Continue on Brush Street and turn left onto 5th Street. Continue on 5th Street (in the left lane) for approximately 6 blocks. At Broadway, there is a prominent sign for Alameda. Follow the arrow on this sign. Take the Webster Tunnel (under the freeway) and stay in the left lane. Follow the signs to Constitution Way/Marina Village Parkway. Turn left onto Marina Village Parkway (first light). Turn right onto Challenger Drive (first light). Turn right into the first driveway (parking lot for Caliper/Xenogen Corporation).

From Newark/New York
From NJ Turnpike Exit 8A (traveling South)/ From Philadelphia—From NJ Turnpike Exit 8A (traveling North). Take Exit 8A; after toll bear right going towards Cranbury. At the end of the ramp you will come to a light, turn left onto Cranbury-South River Road. Continue through the next two lights and at the 3rd light make a right onto Dey Road. Take 1st right onto Cedar Brook Drive, proceed on Cedar Brook Drive until you get to 5 Cedar Brook, turn right, make an immediate left at stop sign, continue through parking lot around bend, we are at the end on the right side of the building.

From Route 1 South:
Take Route 1 South to Scudders Mill Road. At 5th light, make left onto Dey Road. Take Dey Road to Route 130. Cross Route 130 and make first left onto Clarke Drive, Cedar Brook Corporate Center. At stop sign, make a right hand turn onto Cedar Brook Drive. Turn left into 5 Cedar Brook, make an immediate left, proceed through the parking lot; we are on the right side at the end of building.

From I-95 North Philadelphia/Trenton:
Take I-95 North to I-295 South (same road). Take exit for Route 1 North (bear left after exit). Take Route 1 North to Scudders Mill Road. At 5th traffic light, make left onto Dey Road. Cross Route 130 and make first left onto Clarke Drive, Cedar Brook Corporate Center. At stop sign make a right hand turn onto Cedar Brook Drive. From BWI airport:
Take route 195 out of the airport to route 295 south. Take route 100 west (towards Ellicott City) to Coca Cola Drive (exit 8). Turn right at the top of the exit ramp and follow Coca Cola Dr to the light. Turn right onto Parkway Drive to stop sign. Turn left and make a quick right onto Standard Drive. Follow Standard Drive to 7170 (sign is on the left, blue and white). Turn left and go straight to parking spaces around to the back of the building.
