Responsibilities
All Caliper employees are responsible for respecting their co-workers.
Each Manager and Supervisor is responsible for maintaining an atmosphere free of unlawful discrimination. 

Procedures
If at any time a Caliper employee has questions or concerns about any type of discrimination in the work place, or feels they are a victim of discrimination, he or she should contact a member of management, the Human Resources department or the Legal department. As complete and confidential an investigation as possible, under the circumstances, will be conducted.

Retaliation Prohibited
Caliper will not permit retaliation of any kind against anyone who complains about discrimination or participates in good faith in an investigation of a discrimination complaint. Such retaliation is unlawful, and any individual found to have engaged in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
